Your online purchase will be printed and custom framed within two weeks. You will be notified when the product is shipped and receive tracking information.

If you need a rush to be put on your order, please contact the artist directly via email, phone or text. 

We ship through USPS Ground so most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, from the day it is shipped.

Once your package leaves our hands and is in possession of USPS, then they are responsible for lost, damaged or late shipments. Our team does our best to ensure timely and safe arrival of your order, and will be in touch with necessary updates.

Dents or scratches to the package during delivery are not subject for return/refund. Please refer to our Return/Replacement Policy page for information on damaged items.

*NOTE: Due to the current unprecedented times and because of shipping delays worldwide, please allow up to 4-6 weeks from date of purchase for the arrival of your Philip Bennett Walker print or original.

International shipping usually takes 6-10 business days as long as it does not get held up in customs.
